What's the turnaround?+
Most edits come back within three working days of us having the footage. Bulk batches we schedule with you upfront so nothing sits waiting.
Do you shoot, or only edit?+
This service is editing. You send the raw footage, we cut it. If you'd rather not hold a camera at all, that's the viral video service, where we script, shoot and cut.
How many rounds of changes do we get?+
Three on every edit. In practice most are signed off on the first, because we agree the hook and the structure before anyone opens the timeline.
What formats do we get back?+
Vertical for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, plus a square or landscape cut where the platform needs it. One shoot, several places to put it.
What's the minimum monthly marketing budget?+
₹30,000 a month. Below that there isn't enough spend to test properly and you'd be paying us to guess. If your number is too thin for what you're selling, we'll say so on the call instead of taking the account.
What if we don't like the work?+
Raise a request within 30 days and we refund 100%. No notice period, no exit interview, no clawing back of files.
Are we locked into a contract?+
No. Month to month. If we stop earning the fee, you stop paying it. That is the whole accountability model.
