This page explains what we do with information you send us through this website. We have written it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate, because you should be able to tell what happens to your details without a lawyer.

Who we are

Profitcast is a performance marketing agency based at No. 7A/3, Bharadwajar Street, East Tambaram, Chennai 600059. For anything on this page, write to growth@profitcast.com.

The enquiry form does not send us anything by itself

This is worth being clear about. The form on our contact page does not transmit your details to a server. When you submit it, it opens your own email app with the details filled in, and nothing reaches us until you press send. If you close that window, we never see it.

What we hold, and only because you sent it

• What you put in an enquiry: your name, your brand or website, email, WhatsApp number, budget range, timeline and your message.
• Job applications: whatever you email to careers@profitcast.com, typically a CV, a LinkedIn profile and a portfolio.
• If you message us on WhatsApp or call, the record of that conversation sits with your phone and with WhatsApp, under their terms.
• Standard server logs kept by our host, including IP address and browser, for security and uptime.

What we do with it

Reply to you, prepare a quote, deliver work you have hired us for, and keep our own business records. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site runs no advertising pixels and no analytics tracking. There is a single session cookie, and only for our own team signing in to the content portal at /admin. Nothing follows you around the internet from here.

Other companies involved

• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
• Our hosting provider stores the site and its server logs.
• Client websites we link to from the portfolio are theirs, not ours. Once you click through, their privacy policy applies, not this one.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay with us while we are talking, and afterwards in our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased. Email growth@profitcast.com and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their details.

Changes

If we change this page we will update the date at the top.
